We are not an agency, CV broker or bodyshop. We work only on a retained, exclusive basis.
While we know that HR professionals are sometimes reluctant to grant exclusivity, the benefits are great.
If you ask a number of firms to fill the same position, you invite them to enter a race in which the prize goes to the first company to send you an acceptable person (sometimes without even meeting the candidate).
The non-exclusive assignment tilts the scales against those, like us, who work methodically through interviews, structured interviews, psychometrics and background checks in order to send you people who really meet your needs, rather than simply fill a space on the payroll.
When we shortlist a candidate, you will receive a report including:
- Our summary of the candidate including interview report, why s/he is shortlisted and how we rate this candidate against others on the shortlist
- The candidate's CV
- Personality profile and ability test results (we use a range of psychometric tools and will select the one most appropriate to the assignment)
- The candidate's performance in structured interview designed to test for the behavioural competences identified with you as critical for this assignment
- Confirmation that background checks have been conducted and are in line with the candidate's CV and other claims
