When we set up CBA Recruitment, our objective was simple - to provide the level of service that, as customers of recruiters, we had never found; and to do so in executive search, director and senior management recruitment as well as providing specialist sales recruitment and running assessment centres. We will handle assignments with salaries below £40,000 p.a. if asked to by a client with whom we have a good "recruitment partnership" relationship, but that isn't generally where our business lies. Between us, our backgrounds embrace running companies, running salesforces and senior HR roles which is why we believe that we have something to say that Chief Executives, HR Directors and Sales Directors will all want to hear. We're a generalist company and we'll talk about assignments in most sectors, but it's probably fair to say that more than half our work has been in IT, telecoms, retail, leisure, food, services, engineering and manufacturing. Sectors of which we have little understanding and for which we would probably not wish to recruit include financial services, local government, the NHS and charities. We do not place contractors.
